Virtual Flavor Tour

If you haven't been to An's before, we start every visit off by offering to take guests through a complete flavor tour of all our 'destinations' on the menu. Our menu changes every few weeks so come in and sample your way through our flavors.

Calico

Cream Cheese | Pumpkin Butter An An's classic. We make a spiced pumpkin butter from scratch (with pumpkin, orange juice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and brown sugar) and layer it into a cream cheese gelato. Together, these flavors combine perfectly to create a gelato that will remind you of a pumpkin cheesecake.

Leather

Brown Butter | Chocolate Chip Cookie We make our own brown butter and turn it into a gelato base, then fold in homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Twill

Chocolate | Caramel | Shortbread Inspired by Twix, we start by making two bases - a chocolate base and a cream base and then we combine them. We then bake a homemade shortbread cookie and layer it with lots of caramel.

Lace (v)

Apple | Pear | Cinnamon We make this apple cider sorbet by simmering fresh apples, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, ginger, and all spice until the apples are soft. We lightly blend the ingredients together and then strain out all the chunks, combine with the pear, and freeze into sorbet.

Visalia

Pistachio | Chocolate We whole roast and blend pistachios into a butter before freezing into gelato then drizzling in 70% dark chocolate.

Hampton

Dark Chocolate | White Chocolate | Butter Cookie Inspired by the famous black and white cookies, which originated on the east coast. We use a chocolate base similar to Cypress, but with more high-fat cocoa, giving the gelato a richer flavor and smoother feel. Of course we add in white chocolate and butter cookies that are brightened with a touch of orange zest.

Carbon Fiber

Cold Brew | Nutella We use the original blend from Dropkick Coffee and make a cold brew that we let steep for 24-48 hours. Then we make fresh coffee and combine with the cold brew and vanilla beans to make a coffee forward gelato base. Last, we swirl in nutella.
